Delinquent Dues
As of March 29 2024, 4 out of 62 (6.5%) lots are delinquent on their dues, 2 for many years
Bank Accounts & Funds
AVOA's primary source of revenue is through annual dues with small additional income from interest on our savings. The premium for Alley lots is for the Alley Repair Fund and tracked separately in the annual budget. In 2023, these funds were separated into their own savings account.
AVOA keeps a checking account with US Bank for ongoing payments uses Live Oak Bank for savings to maximize interest received. Both banks are FDIC insured and our account balances are well under the FDIC limit.
Below are the transaction reports and recent statement for our bank accounts. The US Bank Checking is a screenshot as the Statement shows the full account number, which should not be shared online
